Terms of Service

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a legal guardian, to create an account.
• One account per person or organisation. Sharing login credentials is not permitted.

You agree not to:

• Use MetriXs to track websites or visitors you do not have the right to measure.
• Attempt to identify individual visitors, reverse-engineer the visitor hash, or combine MetriXs data with personal data.
• Submit fraudulent, automated, or abusive traffic to the MetriXs ingestion endpoint.
• Resell or sublicense access to MetriXs without written agreement.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

• Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial where offered. No credit card is required to start a trial.
• At the end of the trial, your trial expires unless you choose a paid plan (or switch to the free tier). No charge is made automatically.
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance monthly via Mollie. Prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Switching plans settles the prorated difference for the remaining days of the current period.
• Each plan defines limits on sites, team members, pageviews, and data retention. Usage beyond your plan’s pageview cap is silently dropped ("sealed"), not billed overage.
