The trusted providers MetriXs uses to operate the service.

We use a small number of providers, each selected for security and EU data residency. None of them receive personal data about your website visitors, visitor data stays on MetriXs infrastructure in Germany.

The list

Hetzner Online · 🇩🇪 Germany

Server infrastructure and hosting. Databases and off-site backups all run in Germany. Processes visitor analytics data and account data.

Mollie · 🇳🇱 Netherlands

Payment processing. Handles card details and payments entirely on their side. MetriXs stores only subscription status and invoice references. Touches account data only, never visitor data.

Lettermint · 🇪🇺 EU

Transactional email delivery (verification, password reset, summaries, alerts). Built and hosted entirely in Europe, servers and team both in the EU. Touches account data only, never visitor data. No US cloud dependencies, no Standard Contractual Clauses needed.

MaxMind · 🇺🇸 US (no data sent)

GeoIP database. Downloaded and run locally on the MetriXs server to derive country and city from a visitor's IP. No visitor data is ever sent to MaxMind. The lookup happens entirely in-process.

International data transfers

All processing stays in the EU

Every subprocessor that touches customer or account data is EU-based and processes data within the EU. Visitor analytics data never leaves the EU, no CDN or US provider sits in the visitor traffic path. MaxMind (US) only ships a database that runs locally; no visitor data is ever sent to it.
