How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days free on any paid plan, no credit card required. After the trial, you choose a paid plan (or the free tier), or the trial simply expires.
What counts as a website?
Each tracked domain (e.g. mysite.com) counts as one website. Subdomains of the same domain count as one.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Monthly plans cancel anytime.
Do you store personal data?
No. MetriXs never sets cookies or stores IP addresses. Visitor identification uses a daily-salted hash that resets at midnight UTC.
What happens to my data after the retention period?
Events older than your plan's retention period are automatically deleted.
Can I connect MetriXs to Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. MetriXs ships a first-party, read-only MCP server, so AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot can query your analytics with your own site key. Included in every plan. The GEO, SEO and security audits are part of Team, Pro, and Agency.
